1. What Clique does
Businesses post offers. Creators claim a slot, redeem it in person or online, post to their own channels and submit the post. The community votes, and the business pays the prizes it declared.
2. Money
Listing an offer is free. Clique takes 10% of an offer's declared value, with a $5 minimum and a $250 maximum. Cash bounties, prize pools and visit budgets are held in escrow and charged when the offer goes live. Unspent visit and view budget is refunded. The platform fee is not refundable once the offer is live.
3. Tracked links and verified visits
Every accepted submission gets a unique tracked link. Businesses that pay per visit are billed only for verified visits.
A unique verified visit is a non-bot click on a creator's tracked link, deduplicated by IP + device + submission over a rolling 24-hour window, that results in a business profile page view of at least 2 seconds.
Clique never stores a visitor's raw IP address. Deduplication uses a one-way hash of the visitor's network address, device signature and the submission.
4. Disclosure
Every submission must carry an FTC disclosure — #ad, #sponsored or #paidpartnership. Submissions without one are not accepted and are not paid.
5. Fraud
Automated clicks, click farms and self-dealing are not paid. Suspicious activity is reviewed and payouts are held until the review closes. Repeat abuse ends the account.
